In this phase of the solution lifecycle, our team works to create a detailed design of the solution. The 6STG design incorporates identification of key processes, a quality metric plan, and the tools and processes needed to ensure performance and continuous improvement.

Our designs incorporate all aspects of a solution (people, processes, and technology) at all layers. Further, we address the data gathering, analysis, and improvement techniques and processes that must exist to ensure continual improvement. We have developed a comprehensive set of tools, methods, and documents allowing us to rapidly design a right sized solution for nearly any organizational or process improvement initiative.
